Rafael Martinez joins as venture partner and board member with the role of advisor on strategy and business development in the telecommunications market.

With a strategy of focus and excellence in optical fiber technology defines a project-oriented enterprise to compete in international markets, where most of the time the players are large multinational companies. An essential component of this strategy is to address a firm commitment for a sustained international expansion project.

In December 2004 Xavier Sunyer Technologie TFO company buys Fibre Optique Morocco, which is incorporated into the TFO group. In August of 2005, TFO is limited based Cyprus Nicos (Cyprus). The aim is to set up a business hub for addressing the eastern Mediterranean markets. In October 2005 the company created Fiberfos (TFO Portugal) based in Almada (Portugal), which is named as manager Mario Santos. In May of 2006, Costa Rica TFO is based in San Jose. Configured as a business hub, is assigned the responsibility for developing business in the area of Central America and Mexico.

In 2007, TFO is established according to the Business Hub Panama in Central America and establishing TFO Middle East based in Dubai Branch (Business Office) in the free zone of Dafza and Business Hub for all operations in the area.
